When should I book my session?
The sooner, the better. I recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance—especially during busy seasons like spring and fall. If you're inquiring last-minute, definitely still reach out. There may still be magic left in my calendar.
What’s included in my session?
Each session includes:
• A pre-session consultation to talk through style, location, and details
• My time and creative direction during the shoot
• A beautifully curated online gallery
• High-resolution professionally edited images with a print release
** Prints and Products are sold separately.
What should I wear?
Soft neutrals, flowy fabrics, cozy textures—yes please. But most importantly: wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable. I’ll send you a full style guide after booking, and I’m happy to help with outfit planning and inspiration.
Where will my session take place?
While I adore golden fields, mossy oaks, and dreamy beaches, my heart truly belongs in the studio. Studio sessions offer beautiful lighting, full creative control, and a relaxed, cozy vibe—perfect for timeless portraits which is my absolute favorite! That said, outdoor and in-home sessions are available for certain types of shoots if that fits your vision best. We'll choose the setting that brings your style to life.
I feel awkward in front of the camera... can you help?
You are not alone! Everyone feels a little unsure at first (yes, even the people in my portfolio). But you don’t have to know what to do—that’s my job. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you feel relaxed, confident, and like your most beautiful self. No modeling experience needed. Just bring your real, lovely self.
How long until I receive my photos?
I usually post a sneak peek on my social media within 48 hours. The full gallery will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, fully edited and ready to download and share or order prints and products.
How do I pay?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on or before the session. I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
What if it rains?
If the weather isn't ideal, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. I want the lighting and setting to be beautiful too, and we’ll make sure everything aligns just right.
Can I bring my pet?
Because I photograph newborns in the studio, that space is a pet-free zone to ensure a clean and safe environment. That said—if we’re shooting in your home or at a pet-friendly location, then yes, absolutely! Pets are family, and I’d love to include them. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
