Here are a few simple tips to help you feel your very best before we meet:
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate...
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session. Staying hydrated will help your skin glow, boost your energy, and just help you feel good overall. It’s one of the easiest ways to prep for photos — and it makes a real difference.
Bring comfy shoes
We’ll slip them off for barefoot moments, but if we’re doing any walking (especially outdoors), you’ll be glad you brought a pair of easy-on, easy-off shoes. Comfort first — always.
Eat a light snack beforehand
A little snack before your session can help keep your energy up and your mood happy. Growing a tiny human is no small thing — you deserve all the fuel and kindness you can give yourself.
Pamper yourself a little if you’d like
If your belly will be showing, moisturizing before your session helps keep your skin looking soft and smooth. Light, natural makeup photographs beautifully, and a fresh mani/pedi can add a sweet extra touch if you feel like treating yourself.
Don’t stress about the small stuff
